Fabulous salon. They know me when I come in! If I'm early they always accommodate me. My stylist, Vivian, is amazing. This location is always crowded but customer service is never forgotten. The two receptionists manage everyone with ease and a welcome smile. The whole experience is always pleasant! I won't go anywhere else!

Jennie is the best! She is incredibly detailed in her work. If you show her a picture of the end goal you’re looking for, she can make it happen. If you’re ever not satisfied with a nail design, speak up, she will absolutely fix it. Y’all have to understand everyone has different expectations, different preferences, and different nail beds. So showing a picture is best for visual purposes even if it’s something simple. A salon tip, ask the nail tech doing your nails if they’re capable of doing what you’re asking, be specific, and emphasize what you want at the start of service AND during!! Anyone who isn’t happy with Jennie’s sets likely doesn’t know how to clearly describe what they want. I get hard gel to protect and grow my nails out, and all of the nails in the photos are my natural nails. Jennie suggested I switch from square nails to almond due to the direction my nails grow (on the sides) and I LOVE it. I saw the difference it made in maintaining my natural nails. Thank you, Jennie!!

I walked into this salon because my husband wanted me to try it and how grateful I am. I was blessed to meet Jennie. The moment you sit down and go over wants she gives you a price so there’s no guessing when you go to pay. During our time I get to know her, learned tips for being new in town and she was so nice. Above her amazing personality is her talent she saw my arthritis and adjusted herself to not hurt me, she saw my art inspiration and gave me the best nail art I’ve had ever. I already booked my next appointment and if you are on the fence, take the leap she won’t let you down. Thank you Jennie! Also let’s talk about the receptionist, they are two of the most lovely girls. Both in college full time but yet make time to ask about my daughter and remember things the next time you come in. No one is unhappy there, the atmosphere is refreshing. I love this salon and even more the people inside.

Great customer service! Tammy was so kind, and showed great attention to detail. The two girls at the front helped me pick just the right colors based on my inspo photos. Love, love, love!
Glynnis Sierra — 5/5 (via Google)
I went in yesterday, Sunday. Be forewarned, sundays are incredibly busy days for this place, but I was managed wonderfully. The girls upfront were kind and professional, with literally no appointment, I was sat almost immediately. Jo, did my pedicure. She was quick, soft, and detail oriented. There was a SMALL blemish (truthfully, I don’t think I would have noticed it till after the salon) and she went back, wiped the entire nail, and redid it. I will be asking for her again. Tommy did my manicure. He was also gentle, detail oriented, and respectful. My nails were short, and he tripled checked with me the entire time to see if I liked them. Short nails take longer and require more skill, something that didn’t make Tommy flinch. I have searched high and low for a good salon that take this level of care. I will also be asking for him again. Even if it was a full house, this staff is ready, hard working, and willing to do the work other salons don’t want to. (Aka, Golden nails, down the street, straight up refuses to do anything “too complicated”) I will be bringing my mom next time! Great job, folks!
